Position Descriptions
Office Bearers
All members of the management committee attend and contribute to Club general meetings and management meetings.

All members of the management committee attend and contribute to Club general meetings and management meetings.
President
- Coordinates and chairs management committee and general meetings, including the AGM
- Liaises with committee members
Vice President
- Fills in during the absence of the President
- Attends and contributes to management committee meetings
Secretary
- Prepares agendas for management committee and general meetings, including the AGM
- Takes minutes of management committee and general meetings, including the AGM
- Manages the Club's email account and online file storage
- Collects mail and answers correspondence in partnership with other committee members
Treasurer
- Ensures that all money received by the club is accounted for, and that all authorised payments are made,
- Maintains the club's financial records
- Prepares the financial reports and budgets
Membership Officer
- Responds to new member enquiries
- Maintains the membership list
- Welcomes new members
